What is the Return Policy?

We want to ensure that each authorized seller and their customers are satisfied with their purchase. Returning the Pedal Commander(s) is the responsibility of the authorized seller. If a return shipping label is requested, the charge will be deducted from your Credit/Refund.

Restocking Fees:

10%	Any Returned Product
20%	If the Pedal Commander® Box is Returned with Labels Attached
30%	Received Only the Module/Harness
40%	Damages to the Unit/Plugs
100%	Received an Empty Box Other product that is not the Pedal Commander® The serial numbers of the Unit & Box have to match / The reseller will be emailed with how they would like to proceed If the Pedal Commander was not sold to the reseller
$5-$15	This varies depending on whether parts are missing from the Pedal Commander® Box.

What is the Exchange Policy?

If your customer receives an incorrect Pedal Commander® Unit for whatever reason, they must request an exchange from you, the authorized reseller. We offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving an order purchased directly from an authorized reseller. You can return the product for an exchange with a different Pedal Commander® Unit at no charge; however, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. We allow exchanging a Pedal Commander® Unit within the first 30 days of purchase. Please contact return@pedalcommander.com to receive exchange instructions. You will receive an email with additional instructions once the exchange request has been submitted and approved. Returning the Pedal Commander(s) is the responsibility of the authorized seller.

Pedal Commander® Warranty Policy

Each Pedal Commander® unit comes with a 2-year product warranty* with your proof of purchase. This warranty applies to Pedal Commander® units purchased directly from an authorized reseller or the Pedal Commander® official website. Vitalen Auto Performance Inc. will repair the defective unit at no charge. If our technicians determine the unit is not repairable, the product will be replaced with a new Pedal Commander® unit.

* Please note that the 2-year warranty is not transferable and is voided if you sell the unit or purchase it from a third party or an unauthorized reseller. The warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, negligence, abuse, or repairs and alterations done to the unit by unauthorized individuals.

Pedal Commander® Out-of-Warranty Policy

If the Pedal Commander is out of the warranty policy and returned to us, there will be no Credit/Refund! The Pedal Commander that is out of policy will be checked out by our technicians and returned to you, as they are outside the return and warranty windows.
